Reviews and Problems with Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War: Soulstorm

Summary: Soulstorm does not deliver - the campaign is sub-par compared to Dark Crusade, and 40k cannon is pretty much raped (imperial guard general simply 'loosing' one hundred Baneblades - good laugh, though). The game is, like it's precedessors, ok online, though the new races don't seem balanced enough.
Summary: METAL BOXES! this is the cry of Firraeveus Carron, the champion of chaos as he boldly stikes at the space marines attacking rhinos. the units response lists are limited, reptitive, and overall really annoying. The cutscene scripts are highly laughable ensuring a high humor quality to the game.
Summary: This game worked fine on my moderate spec laptop. The graphics are ok for this type of game. I think the interface is a little crowded and the text needs to be a lot bigger. I found it really difficult to play, I can't even get past the first battle on easy. Maybe it's just me.
Summary: Last in a long line of the original style Dawn of War games, unfortunatly, despite taking after the much loved Dark Crusade campaign style, and introducing two new races, the hugely fun to play Dark Eldar and the slighly annoying voices of the Sisters of Battle, the game quickly grows tedious.
