So this shouldn't really have Dawn of War in the title

Summary: Remember how in the first game it was all about capturing territories, building up your army of space marines and tanks and killing the other army, remember how cool that was? I bet everyone would like a sequel to that, like the same stuff with new features and better graphics. Well, don't look here because this is a completely different game, basically you just follow a Hero around the entire time of the main quest with your faithful group of 6 other space marines/chaos...
Summary: "Internet connection required for online Games for Windows LIVE play" is a lie, you need that and must sign up for a steam account to install this game at all. This is not listed anywhere, on the item description or the package. This product is not as advertised.
Summary: I love Warhammer, and have been playing it since the table-top game first came out. To see Dawn of War I come out, I had to have it. After playing it, I knew, I had to have the expansions. I bought Dark Crusade, loved it, and then bought Soulstorm, and again I loved it. Now, Dawn of War II comes out and, yes again, I had to have it. I bought it, waited impatiently for it to ship and was extremely excited to install it and get going. STOP!
Summary: I can't tell you how disappointing it is to buy a game only to find out that you have to wait for 8 HOURS, and I mean this, with a DSL connection, before you can finally download and play your game, and this is assuming that you don't run into the dozens of instal problems documented all over the net. Valve must be out of their minds to keep something like this going.
Summary: I bought this game two weeks ago, I finished downloading it and now I have to run it through "steam" which means I have to download more updates and have all of this extra stuff with the game. I will NEVER EVER download a game from Amazon again. If I had known all of the extra hoops I had to jump through in order to play a downloaded game like this I would never have bought it.
Summary: The downloader doesn't work. Last time I bought a Digital game from Amazon, I was lucky that it was published by EA (Which meant I could install it using the EA downloader). This game, however, is published by THQ which doesn't have such a downloader. It's not THQs fault really. It's the fault of Amazon, the price was excellent but the problem is the Games & Software downloader which never works.
Summary: I have a Win 7 (64 bit) PC with a 12 GB memory, a SSD and a DSL 2MB connection. Software freezes and will not install. It attempts to update Steam and fails. No excuse for this. No response from Tech Support. Zip. Does not work as claimed. Ripoff.
Summary: I'd buy this and the previos game IF ONLY windows live and steam were not needed to play. Seems every time microsoft get it's hands on a game it's down-hill from there...happend in Mechwarrior and a few others... hope some other game makers don't sell-out...
Summary: How in heaven am I gonna play it if I always get a ''crash report''dialog? ''Please describe events just before the dialog appeared''. I would if anything would have frigging happened. NOTHING! Let me spell it again! Nothing. Not a thing. My comp is updated, reinstalled the game, etc. I've wasted two days quiet literally. I am deleting it. And yet that "#¤! doesnt want to load. And funny is that I am not the first with that problem and...no one.
