Summary: This game SUCKS. Units completely non self-sufficient. Try telling your tanks to fire upon some other tanks, they decide to have a little picnic instead. You end up spending all your time playing babysitter to every single unit on your map, while watching everyone get shot to crap. Maddening. You will find yourself asking "why are my tanks sitting there, fully loaded, doing absolutely NOTHING, while 5 enemy units fire upon them." DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
Wasn't even worth the $11.99 I paid for this game.

Summary: First issue, the game is boring at best. Very easy to play and win, no real challenge involved. The game has some glitches too, unresponsive controls, g-locks, and will boot you at times as well. I cannot say I got a good deal at $11.99, more like I got screwed.
Summary: I've been playing RTS since the beginning and found this game extremely unintuitive and utterly obnoxious. The map is pretty far zoomed out to see everything going on, so you are mostly looking at small boxes moving around the screen. Its really hard to tell what the hell is what and the units aren't very good about firing on their own. I'll create a mass of infantry, tanks, and support units only to watch them stop moving and get blown away by a couple enemy units.
12 Nations, 848 units all of which are available in skirmish mode = One of the greatest RTS games of all time!

Summary: I bought European Escalation and really never got into it a couple of years ago. I wasn't expecting much when it came to ALB, I expected pretty much the same, wow, was I wrong. This game has depth in spades, with the amount of nations and units available, it's simply amazing. I don't play online, I bought this game to play against the AI and I must say no two games are alike.
Summary: More of a multi-player, but still very fun. The number of units is incredible. Would take a while for a novice to grasp the deck building and master the multi-player side/ skirmish are fun. The campaigns are interesting. Worth the money though.
Summary: Wow... I've played plenty of RTS games... you name it. Most of those RTS games you don't even need to bother with the tutorial to figure out the controls and gameplay... it's pretty obvious. Not with this game! The tutorial of Wargame is absolutely worthless! What were these Frenchmen thinking? Maybe they weren't thinking. C'mon people... a tutorial is suppose to walk you through the basics of a game, covering the controls and gameplay. They failed miserably at this!
Summary: From the tutorials I have played, it seems to be a great tactical game with many types of units. Steep learning curve which makes learning and getting good at it a challenge which is a bonus. This is not a simple run and gun and grind strat game.
