Summary: I'm a big wargaming fan, have been since the long gone days of table top miniatures and avalon hill and SPG board games. This game I didn't expect alot out of, but it has failed even that. I don't know if the game can be playable or not, but there is one issue that this game has, that Enigma Software is refusing to address or to even support, and that is, everytime you go into a land battle, the game will crash to desktop.
Summary: This game is a very poor knockoff of much better games like Hearts of Iron. The artwork is cheesy and the introduction pages have so many misspellings and other grammatical problems that it presents a very unpolished image. I played it for like an hour before I got fed up. Buy Hearts of Iron III instead!
Summary: Like the title says, Crash & Burnt up. I get into the solo play, & it takes a dump everytime. Wish I could get my money back with interest from the frustration it creates. Dreamcatcher offers no fix, so I finally uninstalled, had enough of fighting the game just to play it. I'll definately keep an eye for who produces the game before purchase. Hint, it won't be anything with "Dreamcatcher" on the box. Or maybe it should be "Cashcatcher". Thanks for the rip-off!
Summary: This is the worst game I've ever purchased for support.......there is NO support my game crashes after 5 minutes of play everytime. I've downloaded ever patch and none will install. I searched for days on the internet only to find that most people have the same problem and can't play the game at all without it crashing. The game was originally made for German language and coveted to English very poorly thats why it crashes.
Summary: This is another case of a publisher trying to get a game out and not caring about whether the customer can play it. It crashed when you try to change the camera angle, and I'm just not patient enough to go and download several patches. Not for me.
Summary: Wow. So much hype. None of it realized. The battles are said to be the highlight of the game, but they are a a poor approximation of the original Command and Conquer, with better graphics. Strategy? None. You've got one major army to move around the board. The game plays more like risk at the strategy level and the combat is more like the "magnet ball"games you get when 5 year olds play soccer. Steer clear of this title.
Summary: I tried to give this game a shot. As a strategy game it is very basic compared to games such as Civilization, or even MOO2. I played only in the campaign mode and didn't get a chance to get into the in depth battles. My major problem is this game crashes, regularly. At first I though I was running too many programs, so I shut everything else down and tried just running the game, still crashes.
