My favorite game, but....

Summary: I actually love this game so much, its hard to express the disappointment in the little things wrong. Like how long it takes to get enough points to buy the tech's needed to move forward. Then it only allows me 9 peeps total until I can magically get them to build a new house for population expansion. I NEED MORE TECH points. I will go and find a cheat so I can progress happily along. Great game however. Don't stop cuz of my ranting, its one of my favorites still.
Summary: This is my shiz nit....love this game. If youve never played this game before its very awesome. You control little villagers, get them to build huts of various uses, solve puzzles and master skills. You master skills through indiviual villiagers, there are quite a few different skills to master; Building, farming, science, parenting, and healing. There are hidden objects throughout the game that randomly appear and help you solve puzzles and gain tech points.
Summary: I'm sure the game is very fun, but I never got to play it. This game isn't Windows 8 compatible and so wouldn't download to my laptop. :( However, I would like to give due thanks to Amazon for giving me great customer service! They responded to my concerns within 24 hours when the game didn't download and eventually gave me a full refund.
Summary: I have played all the previous Virtual Villager games (and periodically, start another tribe on each of them to play the game again). I am glad there are more versions. With The Tree of Life, there are some interesting changes that I enjoy. First, there are more Trophies. All of them are attainable with time (and I mean a LOT of time, but they are attainable). The Collections are easier to find and complete than previous versions.
