Unreal Tournament (PC): Fast paced first person Carnage at its best!
4 September 2011
Summary: Unreal tournament is a fast paced first person shooter that focused more on the online multiplayer mode. It was the first game that featured an ultra realistic graphics engine that could be played on most computers. During multiplayer mode you have the option of selecting different modes like Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Assault, and a special Assault mode.
Summary: Unreal tournament is a long-standing champion of first person shooter game. Not a day goes past where I do not play this online against the thousands of other Unreal Tournament users who are simply addicted. The assortment of different maps, challenges and weaponry ensure you will never bore of this classic. The game itself is set within a futuristic environment, in the defunct Lliandri mines.
Pros: Huge online gameplay, astonishing variety of games, imaginitive scenarios
Summary: Unreal Tournament is a first person shooter with the emphasis on online multiplayer carnage. It was developed by Digital Extremes and Epic Games and was published in 1999. If you don't have access to the internet then please do not despair as UT has some of the best bots on any online deathmatch.
Summary: Everybody probably heard about this outstanding shooting game, I decided to write a review about it because I've got more than 6 years experience playing it. I think that the time I've spend playing this game will allow me to write a good review. First time I installed this game on my PC, I was wondering is it going to be better than my favorite on this time Counter Strike. I've started the game the intro maked me ask a question "Is it going to be good?
Pros: Long playability, great fun, futuristic weaponary, many maps .
Cons: Single player gets boring after you finish the game .
Unreal Tournament (PC): The best online game ever?
4 September 2009
Summary: In the late 1990s, there were two FPS games to rule them all - Quake 3 Arena, and Unreal Tournament. A debate over which is better will just send me into a tailspin, so I won't go there. Regardless of which is actually better, what is certain is that Unreal Tournament is one of the best FPS games ever made, particularly because of its stunning online mode that is still played today the world over.
Summary: One of my friends sent me a link on YouTube the other week to a few of the music tracks from the original Unreal Tournament - and it just had me gushing over a game I played for 6 years solidly online all over again. If there is one game out there that I have the fondest memory for, this is it.
Pros: Brutal FPS combat, great playing maps, mutators, some of the best music out there, really fun!
Cons: Now graphically dated, not as many players as there were online, but still enough for a few games!
Summary: What can I say that will allow me to get the message across of how good this game really was and still is? Well I would say go buy it and play it! There's nothing like the experience of something to show you how good it really is. Like the Nemesis at Alton Towers. If I described that here you just wouldn't be able to see how good the ride actually is, but enough about that...back to business.
Summary: Unreal Tournament is the first game I played online, and it was also my favourite then. It took me a few days to understand what it was about, but it was one of the simples games to understand. As long as the single player version is considered, it is not too hard, as the real challenge waits online. This is the only game which I continued playing even after I upgraded my PC and tried lots of new ones. This game just happens to be too addictive.
