Summary: Runs great on most computers and is a good all around game to play. Be sure and try it online that's where the real fun is because it can get to be extreme at times. LAN games of UT 2004 still play fondly in my mind.
Summary: This game is a violent game definitely only for mature audiences. In the game you use various guns to beat the other players more than they kill you. It gets pretty boring and repetitive, but I guess if you like shooting things up then you may enjoy it.
Summary: I have always been a fan of UT. I played the original for years but never did 2003. I purchased UT 2004 maybe a month ago and played it a considerable bit. Its a great game!! Awesome graphics and great gameplay. My only complaint is with the difficulty settings: It is tough!
Summary: I have played Unreal (yes, the original) online for three years and have recently begun playing UT2004 online too. I have to admit I prefer the original, though I will continue to play both. UT2004 has some good maps and looks funky, but lacks playability and umph!
Summary: I'm not going to praise to heaven its wonderful graphics or gameplay. I can't comment on its online quality (I'm still using dial-up and I just don't have the time anyway). But there is something here that has not been mentioned. Hitches. That's right.
Summary: From 2004. This is a video game of quick reaction and skill, meaning over time it eventually destroys its chances of creating new audiences/customers because the standard of competition is so high, but it's clearly the best of the franchise.
Summary: UT 2004 is at best a nice game. A game that perhaps is nice to dabble in but nothing so addictive you'd rather eat your own hands than turn it off. Many of the levels are nicked from the all the other UT's, but with new textures (see my jaw drop in awe).
