UnEpic

Rock, Paper, Shotgun
30 July 2014
  • Summary: UnEpic has been around for quite a while now. Adam first played a demo of it in October 2011, and it’s been in Early Alpha for a good while since. But now it is, they say, complete. Released as a final version, feature complete.

Review: Nerds take over Castlevania in UnEpic

GameZone
18 July 2013
  • Conclusion: For what it is, UnEpic is incredibly robust and never once feels boring. There’s a ton to do and see, from learning new magic to completing side quests and lighting every torch in the castle. It’s much more pure adventure than story, although the game has plenty of both.

Calm Down Tom

  • Summary: A note should be made before anything else is said here – I chose to play UnEpic in Hard++ mode primarily. The option to have a more powerful character development path proved too tempting to pass up. As such some of the views expressed here may be indicative of the difficulty level chosen.

Hooked Gamers
6 November 2012
  • Conclusion: Unepic caught my attention from the outset. What young gamer hasn’t imagined being whisked away into their favorite video game? Spanish developer Francisco Téllez de Meneses has finally answered this fantasy in an authentic way. Unepic smartly uses its setting to identify with its player.

Cheat Happens
11 February 2012
  • Excerpt: We've come to a point where yesterday's game players have become today's developers and as a result, it's normal to see homages and nods to the classic games that inspired us. Take UnEpic for example, the indie platformer, developed almost solely by one man in Barcelona, Spain shouts Castlevania at...

Recensione UnEpic

Everyeye Network
30 January 2014
