Twisted Lands: Shadow Town Review (PC)
20 September 2010
Conclusion: At its core, Twisted Lands is a pretty standard hidden object game. You find objects, collect items, and solve puzzles. It's nothing new and at times it's even pretty repetitive. But the atmosphere alone is reason to play this game, as the music and visuals come together to create a world that you'll both dread and want to explore.
Excerpt: With our perpetually busy lifestyles and increasing use of technology, it’s no secret that the casual games market is one of the largest in the industry. Companies such as Big Fish Games and PopCap have marked their territory well, each boasting a long list of popular (and profitable) titles. Alawar Entertainment is also similar, having created over 200 casual games since 2001, with genres ranging from adventure games to action titles.
