Turning Point is so devoid of the qualities needed in a modern FPS that it's impossible to sugar coat. It's just a very bad game, plain and simple. Read more

Turning Point as an idea had a lot in itself to become a great game. From the preview we already could guess it wouldn't be fantastic, but could still be fun. This final version, however, has drilled all those expectations straight into the ground. This is how it shouldn't be done. Read more

    • Interesting starting point, Experimental weapons, Music
    • Thin, Not so original, Way too short, Bugs, Bad image quality

By looking at the lackluster review scores that recent iterations of the SimCity franchise have received, one could question where the franchise will go next. Unfortunately, Creator doesn’t break from the trend, mainly due to its controls and lack of depth. It is quite easy to see that the game was a quick cash-in for Electronic Arts, as was its DS counterpart which shares the same name. Read more

Fall of Liberty takes players to new battlegrounds in World War II, ones born from a changed moment in history that led to the Nazi invasion of 1950s America, delivering an explosive action experience in a world where famous real-world locations appear startlingly different under Nazi occupation. Imagine if Winston Churchill, the leader of Great Britain during World War II, died in 1931; eight years before the second World War. Would the Nazi’s have taken control of Europe? Would the war have moved closer to home? This is the basic premise of Turning Point: Fall of Liberty. Having played the Xbox 360 version of the game recently, I was interested to see how the PS3 version would hold up when compared to it. Read more

I got this game for a friend of mine and he's gone back even years later and played it again and again. It gets very addictive and the alternate history intertwined is interesting. Read more or see product

TURNING POINT: FALL OF LIBERTY for PC (REVISED FOR A BETTER RATING) Turning Point: Fall of Liberty is a first-person shooter video game released in early 2008 for PC and the latest consoles (PS3 and Xbox 360). It received generally negative reviews. Criticized for the quality of the gaming experience, flat and linear storyline and unamusing multiplayer mode, and frustratingly uncooperative gameplay actions such as climbing ladders. Read more
