Summary: Trine is a very unique and excellent fantasy platforming game where you control three different characters with different abilities which you use to solve a variety of well designed puzzles in very intricate levels. The art in the game is beautiful, the story isn't anything ground breaking but it doesn't need to be. The mechanics and game play will keep you coming back for more. I only have two problems with this game. 1.
Summary: This is a great 2D game and especially for the low price! Trine contains mid-level graphics and a continuous side-scrolling maze of medieval horrors. You switch between 3 characters, a knight, a wizard and a thief (similar to LOTR's elves). All have multiple tools and weapons and are a great trio that will offer many hours of playing fun! The one down side is there are not many different enemies.
Summary: Fun gameplay, with challenges that would make a person think. The storyline is alright, The characters are fun, i liked being able to manipulate objects with the wizard. All in all this game was fun to play. However! it was extremely short. I am most pleased i did not spend over $5 for this title. A good kids game to teach them to use the keyboard, and to try and think things through.
Summary: This is a great game for the casual gamer. Beautifully put together and with a decent score. The ability to creatively reach any location with a mix of acrobatic prowess, brawn, and unique magic is refreshing and engaging. It is well worth the low price.
Summary: A puzzle game with action as opposed to an action game with puzzles. Fun to play with other people in the room. I was disappointed that this game doesn't support online multiplayer but Trine 2 does.
