Summary: well, the game WAS going fine BUT...at the level of the city of vilabamba...at the large locked door...right side to open that lock was fine BUT LEFT SIDE (after many many tries and hellp from comp savy friends) has been determined that IT'S I BUG in the game!!!!so buying it was wrong and i didn't know that...if the game is exchanged, would there still be that BUG!???? so i'm sorry that i made that purchase...needly to say....what can i do??
Summary: The game alternates between acrobatic maneuvers that are somewhat difficult but managable, and battles that are nearly impossible to win. Overall, I found it very frustrating to get to the big battles and get killed repeatedly, and finally gave up without completing the game.
Collection's Edition of the ten year anniversary game.

Excerpt: My dad brought me this game for my 20th birthday, as i am a fan of playing Tomb Raider and was a while since I have played the game. The game itself comes with three discs. First one - the game it self Second disc - is the 40 minute "retrospective" documentary by game tap, gallery and trailers from the past games. Third disc contains the soundtrack to (Tomb Raider:Anniversary and Tomb Raider:Legend). The game play is very fluid and easy to move Lara around.
Excerpt: I have been a tomb raider gamer since the first one came out, and I think with Anniversary and with the previous "Legend" the whole thrill for me has gone. Anniversary is a remake of the original tombraider and I remember some of the levels quite well, especially the dreaded T-Rex you have to take down, if you survived the Raptors!
Pros: Great graphics, some cool new moves
Cons: Few instal and in game glitches - manouvering a bit difficult sometimes !
Excerpt: Tomb Raider games have always been evolving and we have seen how good a game, Tomb raider: Legend happened to be. This sequel can't be considered as a major improvement, as Legend was a little bit more interesting for me. The game is almost the same as Legend in mos of the areas, in the looks of Lara, the environment as well as the usual Tomb Raider style of gaming.
Pros: graphics, acrobatic moves and interesting puzzles, Lara Croft
Cons: not enough sounds, some annoying levels, no huge development from Legend
Conclusion: I didn't play the original TR game, so I can't say whether it's true to the original story or not. This game has very nice graphics and a story line that connects the various missions in a logical way of sorts. I like the fact that you kill less people than in Legend, and solving puzzles, short ones and more time-consuming ones, is of course as always the reason to play.
Conclusion: Stunning graphics and an intuitive control system are let down by repetitive puzzles and far-fetched plots in later games. The first one is still the best, 5/5 - but averaging over all the games, and if you play them one after the other you'll notice the drop in quality, I can only give it 3/5.
Excerpt: I was always a big fan of the original Tomb Raider games on the PS1, but until now have never tried the recent releases. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this latest PC Tomb Raider release. The graphics, even with my outdated GeForce 6200 card, are first rate - large sprawling caverns, jungle clearings and snow-capped mountains come to life - the very infrequent reduction in frame rate is hardly noticeable.
Excerpt: Tomb Raider Anniversary is released by Eidos after the successful running of Tomb Raider Legend.I have played these games and personally, my experience was great.Indeed the Tomb Raider Annversary is a great game with immersive gameplay, extraordinary graphics and good stroyline. (Rating: 8/10) Gameplay: Tomb Raider Anniversary has an immersive gameplay giving its user full oppurtunities to explore the location with Lara Croft beautiful stunts. This game lets the player...
Pros: Excellent game with great gameplay, graphics and sound
