Summary: well, the game WAS going fine BUT...at the level of the city of vilabamba...at the large locked door...right side to open that lock was fine BUT LEFT SIDE (after many many tries and hellp from comp savy friends) has been determined that IT'S I BUG in the game!!!!
Summary: The game alternates between acrobatic maneuvers that are somewhat difficult but managable, and battles that are nearly impossible to win. Overall, I found it very frustrating to get to the big battles and get killed repeatedly, and finally gave up without completing the game.
Collection's Edition of the ten year anniversary game.

Excerpt: My dad brought me this game for my 20th birthday, as i am a fan of playing Tomb Raider and was a while since I have played the game. The game itself comes with three discs. First one - the game it self Second disc - is the 40 minute "retrospective" documentary by game tap, gallery and trailers from...
Summary: The controls on this lara take some mastering it would help if I had a finger span of 12 inchs so I could reach from one end of the key board to the other with my right hand while contoling the mouse with my left ( this so I can target). Other than that game is okay but not my favourite
Summary: I've got this on the PS2 and bought a copy on the PC for my brother,it seemed to go fine until the T-Rex,the PC just wasn't capable of recognizing two keys being pressed at once and so the adrenaline dodge seemed impossible, thankfully we've got a gamepad adaptor and a quick fiddle later to use an...
Summary: Anniversary is a terrific-looking game, with great reimaginings of levels from the original Tomb Raider. However... it is somewhat spoiled by the inane controls which change depending on the camera's POV and will have you endlessly repeating certain jumps.
Initially great...but then it's so frustratingly hard

Summary: I guess it's more 3 and a half stars, but certainly not 4. I loved the first 2 games on the original playstation, and completed them just about without any help or walkthrough. Then the series went a bit 'Pete Tong', so it was interesting to give this a try.
Summary: Anniversary is a good game in many parts. Some wonderful puzzles and great atmospherics. But towards the end the game is so hard it's irritating. In many places it is all but impossible to control Lara as the direction she is moving depends on the camera angle and the camera keeps moving.
Summary: It was quite good to revisit the original Tomb Raider but the control system is a real bind on the PC, you need the nimble fingers of a concert pianist in many places, the "adrenaline dodges" are really hit and miss and it is not much fun when you have been flattened 30 odd times by a big beastie...
