WOW!

Rebecca Rose, amazon.co.uk
25 September 2013
  • Summary: I choose to give 5 stars to this game and the other thief games because the dark engine used to make this games has such a feeling to it. The game and the series are unique as you will not find another game like this. I reccommend this game for 2 reasons.

A fantastic game of strategy and stealth

-michelle-, Dooyoo
18 February 2011
  • Excerpt: Having completed all three games in the "Thief" series, I decided I would review the 2nd in the series "Thief 2 The Metal Age". This series of games are the best I've ever played (and I've played a lot) I thoroughly enjoyed playing all of them from start to finish.

Every bit as good as the first!

  • Excerpt: I loved the first Thief game; it was a reaction to the frenetic and fairly brainless FPS games that have plagued the genre for so long, and promoted intelligence in reaching one's goals.

Great game... but with a minor problem

Thomas Ojakovoh, amazon.co.uk
16 June 2009
  • Summary: Thief 2 is a great game and I played it yesterday for the first time in about 7 years! However, when I play it, there are times when it crashes and doesn't respond... but I think this is more to do with windows XP being too advanced for it than the seller.

  • Summary: A very nice game, offering a new way of playing, a new idea, and new ways of playing as STEALTH , not as a violant killer ... Try and enjoy.

Thief 2 - The Metal Age

Luke Palmer, amazon.co.uk
15 September 2004
  • Summary: Thief 2 is the perfect sequel to Thief: The Dark Project. The simple graphics (compared to many recent games) are more than compensated for by the characters, plot and choice of implements.

this stopped me playing champo!!!

D. H. Powel "dhp25", amazon.co.uk
17 August 2004
  • Summary: Not much takes me away from my beloved championship manager. When my brother gave me Thief 2, I snarled and growled at the mere thought of a first person game sharing the same hard drive as champo. But, reluctantly, I gave in and played. It was original, enjoyable and challenging.
