Excerpt: Every once in awhile a game comes along that challenges what you know about gaming. This can be on any front – storyline, gameplay, presentation, or any combination of the three – and it leaves such a lasting impression that you can easily see yourself playing it again a decade down the road, long after homogenized imitators on newer, faster, and shinier consoles take over the spotlight.
Excerpt: Their was a team at SEGA that made an RPG for the Dreamcast called Skies of Arcadia. It is loved by many, myself included. Skies of Arcadia was ported to the GameCube under the name Skies of Arcadia Legends. This only increased its popularity. Now, the creative minds behind that masterpiece have done it again with Valkyria Chronicles.
Summary: The first witcher is much better than the second witcher in terms of story, fighting mechanics, game immersion, and special effects. Of course, the graphics are not as good as Witcher 2. Most importantly, it has a feel to it that resounds deeply with the lore and mythology created by the author. Witcher 2 is a very pretty game with some cool fighting moves.
Summary: Were I a member of the gaming Industry right now, I would be shamed to be taught what gaming should look and feel like and how it should be marketed by a small Eastern European company. Who of the multi-billion gaming "giants" ever went back to improve a released game? Yet, there you have it: thanks to CDPROJECT gaming as an art-form is still alive and kicking! This was the most awaited fantasy cRPG 3 years ago.

Excerpt: "...a hit with me, from the humorous whores to the diverse and interesting creatures found all over this vast world, The story is really the main driving force of this game the mysterious Geralt you wake up just in time for your first battle, at first the new approach to controls seem confusing and difficult especially the camera angle, but soon enough you settle down and start to enjoy timing a combo just right to slay and entire group of monsters trying ...
Pros: Great story very deep world and play time with the ladies( if you suggest it just right ;)
Cons: Long loading screens and can be difficult to adjust to the depth of the RPGness of the game
Excerpt: "The Witcher (''Wiedźmin'') is a game based on the book series of the same name by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The Witcher is a medieval fantasy rpg game which main story revolves arounda man called Geralt who lost his memory, he is one of a few remaining "Witchers" traveling monster hunters for hire, gifted with supernatural powers. Though the game is based on a book, reading the books is not a requirement before playing the game, but it definitely ...
Pros: Great game overall
Cons: Loading time, and contains sexual explicits (may not be an disadvantage for some)
Conclusion: You really must play this through abit to get into it! your first impressions can be of dissapointment! The first few levels are really tutorials, when you leave the castle the game really opens up! the combat gets better and story deeper! This is really a must have for any fantasy fan. The design, graphics, physics, story and the music score are truly grand and epic, would've made a great movie, done right of course!.
Conclusion: I had never heard of this game until recently, and after looking at some screens/reviews etc I decided to go ahead and buy it, as it's such a cheap price. So far, I am loving it. It's got a gripping story line and Geralt, who you play as, is super cool. The graphics are excellent! everything looks good. It has all the usual things of RPGS..
Conclusion: Some things can be forgiven when it comes to a game - and you know that some things have to change to suit a gamer from a reading buff. Being both, I loved the world set up by CD Projeckt and Sapkowski combined.
