Summary: This is by far my favorite game for the PC. True it is not the books (which are bloody amazing), yet this game is amazingly fun (I dont even like first person shooters). My only possible complaint is that it dosent run right on my computer, but that is more personal. Anyway, anyone should pick up this game, even on a hunch, for they will not be dissapointed one bit.
Summary: I happened upon this game when I searched for a game related to the Robert Jordan books Wheel of Time series. I thought someone should make a game and someone did. Just a warning if you overlook the description this is a FPS not a RPG. However, that in no way detracts from the gameplay. As many reviewers have already noted this game is most likely not canon to the book series.
Summary: I just love this game. Since it was introduced to me in January 2000, it has not been off my computer. The game is very close to the books, although based 150 years before them. A combination of RPG and FPS, the single player story line is quite involved. There are thirteen missions in SP, some of which are broken up into three sub-missions.
Summary: This is just a FYI for people looing to get this game. I read that Robert Jordan said this game takes place quite awhile before any of the books start. And the Bale Fire An'greal is only a psuedo bale bale fire weapon. So before any one flips out at this games story line just remember this "I t takes place before the books and the balefire a'greal is like balefire but not balefire exactly"
Summary: I have always been a fan of the Wheel of Time book series and the game is a great addition. It follows a side story and is very entertaining, fun, challenging, and exciting. Plus it has a hilarious Forsaken Dance Party at the end of the game when you beat it. It works for fans of the series or just for those looking for a fun interactive game. You can even yell catch phrases during play.
