Summary: I like the game I play it everyday. Its awesome thank you! Its different from the one on the ps2 but I got the hang of after playing it.I'm glad that I bought the game thank you again and I do enjoy the game .
Summary: The original Sims is a classic, its fun, it has potential. the idea of it is wonderful! Ive been a Sims fan ever since this came out! hooked me for life on house awesome it is! Maxis you rule!
Summary: I enjoyed the original Sims and thought I would appreciate some more features. I went through the tutorial and tried to play "The Sims 2 Double Deluxe". I had trouble controlling the game well enough to even begin playing. I spend very little time playing computer games so this title is not for me. It looks like it would be a lot of fun for someone with the time or talent to learn to use it.
Summary: Not knowing any better, I spent a lot of time trying to get the characters to speak English. I look forward to upgrades. There is so much to do already I still haven't figured out how to actually make friends let along meet, fall in love and marry. The challenge continues.
Excerpt: The gameplay is consistent across all versions of the Sims! Very easy to figure out and use, and the graphics are great if you have a high quality video card are crisp. Not much lagging when left for a long period of time, the sound quality was great but the music was a little irritating. I've been playing the Sims for years now and will continue to enjoy playing this game. I would buy it again if I lost my copy!
Pros: built to last ! doesn't get boring !
Cons: Didnt know that the game continues even while it is paused
Excerpt: I happen to be a big fan of the Sims series, but it wasn't all perfect, there were a lot of problems to match up with the good things. The Sims, for me at least, was a lot of fun to play. The gameplay was really easy to learn, and after I figured it out it was a cake-walk to keep it up. The scrolling and rotating was very annoying to me though, but you get used to it. It has lots of options for your created Sims, but I don't feel like it had enough.
Pros: Fun,Cheap,Easy to Play,Casual
Cons: Get boring after a while, Not enough functions,Not too good without expansions
Excerpt: The Sims PC I used to love playing The Sims on the PC in the evenings. After the kids had gone to bed and I had finished my tidying I'd switch on the PC and insert the disc. It's like having a little virtual life and you can create your own character. Male or female, choose the age, hair style, clothes, make up, star signs etc..
Pros: Fun, can buy and build, create your own Sim/Family .

Pros: visually impressive, fairly original, easy to play
