Summary: I Bought this online so that my sister could play on my computer and there not bad games. It seemed like fun but when I got to Origins to download the game onto my computer, I could download the Pirates and Nobles but the actually game Medieval wouldn't and so I have the add-ons but not the game. It may be Origins but all of my other games were able to download find just this one. My computer works fine.
Summary: Not only does the launcher give you nothing but a blank screen, but it will not uninstall from your computer, either. I Googled the problem and found that EA has known about this common problem since November of 2011, and they still haven't bothered to fix it. I don't recommend anyone wasting their money on such a crummy product from a company that cares so little for their customers.
Summary: I bought this game excited to play, and when I installed it I found that it would not run on my computer. Apparently the game doesn't work if you have a Windows 8 computer. So I wasted my money purchasing this game. So unless you have an old computer, DO NOT BUY because it will not work.
Summary: i didn't know that this game wouldn't work on windows 8. so don't buy it. im happy it only cost $7.99 instead of $40-$50 bucks. sadly their goes about $7.99 of my x-mas money I cant get back since it was a pc download. don't buy it for your windows 8 or you will be wasting money......
Summary: An issue with the original Sims Medieval, with regards to Windows 8, is that you cannot update it. The update and Windows 8 do not work together. There are a few mods out there that say they can fix this issue, but they did not work for me. Why is this important for this product? Well, in order to install this product, you need to update the original. This causes the Catch-22 of game not working. I bought this product not realizing I would have to update the original.
