Summary: This was my first sims purchase. It was fun for a while, mainly after I discovered cheats. The problem was that all the items and clothing got really boring really fast. I was much happier when I finally purchased the sims 3.
Summary: The only problem I'm having with this game is that, my lap top shut my game off while I was playing it. It said something made the program stop working. This game is new and has never been played, so I know there is nothing wrong with this game. I'm not sure what's going on if this game doesn't play on windows 8 pc or if something is wrong with my lap top and I have to get it looked at.
Summary: I play Sims 3 on my PC, so it was a bit hard to go back to Sims 2 for this game. Once I got the hang of it, I enjoyed this game very much. Or, I should say THESE GAMES. There are two complete quest driven games included, as well as a free play game. Warning: no cheats available in the quest games. My only negative: two people cannot play the same quest game - no multiple saves.
Summary: Love playing this game, bought it just to try it out and see what The Sims was all about, now I play almost everyday. I love that you can control everything about the lives of yours Sims, dislike the fact that there really isn't much of a selection to choose from, you can only go so far with whats provided in the game. I haven't played any other sims games so not sure how it compares.
Summary: Options in Buy Mode and Build Mode are also limited. There is a selection of beds, tables, chairs, and so on that you can buy, but you'll run through them pretty quickly. It's tougher to make distinctive styles, and nearly impossible to open community lots (shops and parks) that have any variety in them whatsoever
Summary: This highly addictive game is a great way to waste a day, trust me. The only problem I had with this game is that there weren't enough options for things like hair, clothing, food, and ect. It's a fun game but left me wanting more out of it.
Summary: I have read many unhappy reviews of this particular Sims game. But I must say I was happy to see the Sims Life Stories come along as I could easily use it on my laptop without it slowing down performance. My recommendation to seasoned Sims players: go to the "free play" rather than go through the two stories. The two stories are more tutorials, I think. Pros: 1. Sims have a life cycle; birth to death. 2. You can create a whole family at once or create individuals. 3.
Summary: The game is very fun and has a lot to do that keeps you entertained for hours. There are sometimes in free-mode when your sim's need will go from green to red for no reason but other than that the game is really good.
Summary: I got this about a year ago and I am still obsessed with it. Even if you finsih the story mode the free play is still fun. The stories in it become somewhat of a bore but once you get into it, the excitment picks up some more. This is a fun game, compared to some of the other Sims. Not a disssapointment at all.
