Summary: This was my first sims purchase. It was fun for a while, mainly after I discovered cheats. The problem was that all the items and clothing got really boring really fast. I was much happier when I finally purchased the sims 3.
Summary: The only problem I'm having with this game is that, my lap top shut my game off while I was playing it. It said something made the program stop working. This game is new and has never been played, so I know there is nothing wrong with this game. I'm not sure what's going on if this game doesn't play on windows 8 pc or if something is wrong with my lap top and I have to get it looked at.
Summary: Love playing this game, bought it just to try it out and see what The Sims was all about, now I play almost everyday. I love that you can control everything about the lives of yours Sims, dislike the fact that there really isn't much of a selection to choose from, you can only go so far with whats provided in the game. I haven't played any other sims games so not sure how it compares.
Summary: This highly addictive game is a great way to waste a day, trust me. The only problem I had with this game is that there weren't enough options for things like hair, clothing, food, and ect. It's a fun game but left me wanting more out of it.
Summary: The game is very fun and has a lot to do that keeps you entertained for hours. There are sometimes in free-mode when your sim's need will go from green to red for no reason but other than that the game is really good.
Summary: I love the fact that you only need to install one disk to play the game and even tho they tell you that you can't add custom content, you can add some. I love the new wall papers and floors and the fact that you no longer have to garden. The Sims look at the flowers and state how pretty they are. I liked the stories, I thought they were funny. They give you more money to build in free mode. I like playiing in a small window.
Summary: I had some reluctancy about this game because it's seperate from the expanision packs but soon found out that I had nothing to worry about. It's a great game lots of fun. My only complaint is that in the Sims 2 games you can use your mouse to scroll left right up and down so you can view the entire home/scene where your sim is.
Summary: I bought this item on the insistance of my 10 year old grandson who loves the sims. I did see it is rated teen. There is abosolutely nothing wrong with the product. It probably is definately intended for older kids though. The ability for them to make and have babies with all the added comments that come forth during the act is not appropritate for younger children.
Sims Life Stories for Laptops Lives Up to Predecessors
10 December 2007
Summary: EA's laptop version of their wildly popular Sims series holds up well compared to previous releases aimed at desktops. The graphics, while not crystal clear, are sharp enough and the gameplay is comparable to previous versions. Zooming in and out via keyboard controls takes some adjustment, but in the end is more accurate than mouse-driven navigation.
