Assassin's Creed: Liberation HD

Strategy Informer
7 February 2014
  • Conclusion: Perhaps this is greatest compliment I can pay Liberation . This game restored my faith. Ubisoft can still produce a good Assassin's Creed game. It's a shame this wasn't the big release instead of Connor's outing. Aveline's a more interesting main character, and the story is much more personal, instead of the crazy history stroking the main series became. After thoroughly enjoying my time in New Orleans, I'm finally ready to go see what Edward Kenway has to offer.

biogamergirl.com
1 October 2013
  • Excerpt: The Sims 3 Midnight Hollow is the newest addition to the Sims 3 franchise and includes tons of great new content to explore. Welcome to Midnight Hollow, a dark and haunting town, that will lure you in with its beautiful yet disturbing charm. The town is buried deep within the mountains and radiates gloom with its dark colors.

Sims 3: Reviewed (PC)

mature-gaming.com
7 September 2013
  • Excerpt: A lot of changes have happened since we saw the very first creation of a sim type game called Little Computer People way back in the 80′s.  Maxis took hold of sim games by the scruff of the neck when they first produced Sim City and have never looked back. EA have now given over a whole division dedicated to The Sims and as we enter our third major evolution of the game (I am not counting the ludicrous amount of expansion packs or spin offs there have been) things are...

  • Conclusion: Endearingly cheery, but slightly shallow stealth-action dosed up with black humour, and a few fresh gimmicks

Cheat Happens

  • Excerpt: .A few friends and I often get into the discussion of what super power we'd love to have. Someone always says flight, someone says super strength and someone always says invincibility. Every now and then though, someone will offer up teleportation, you know like Nightcrawler's BAMF ability, and I'll always counter with the worst case scenario; how do you know you won't teleport directly into a solid object or worse -- a person?

Warp Review (Windows PC)

Gamers Daily News
21 March 2012
  • Summary: Graphics and replay aside, Warp is a pretty cool game much like Portal meets Splosion Man with its puzzles, warping and interesting action. There are some quirks that made the game a bit less than it could have been and I am not holding Origin issues against it as that’s a totally different problem altogether.

Warp

Hooked Gamers
17 March 2012
  • Conclusion: Though the game has cartoony (albeit mundane) graphics, it maintains a somber tone, rather than the humorous Portal-esque vibe it practically begs for. There is barely any plot to speak of, dialogue is limited, and the background music is similarly drab. Admittedly this lets you focus on the puzzling, but a more tongue-in-cheek approach would definitely have livened things up for a more entertaining experience. Warp is by no means a bad game.
  • Pros: There are a lot more things you can do with teleportation than you would think.
  • Cons: The game lacks pizazz. It starts to feel repetitive towards the end.

Warp Review

GameSpot
21 February 2012
  • Excerpt: Warp is such a perfect name for Trapdoor Games' debut creation. Not only does it reference its protagonist's signature ability, but it also evokes the style of dark humor sprinkled throughout this top-down puzzler and the way the gameplay contorts familiar genres into a promising package.
  • Pros: Enjoyable puzzles, Charming mix of gore and cuteness, Superb visual presentation, Tough challenge rooms with leaderboards
  • Cons: Clunky controls, Some puzzles and encounters are based on trial and error
