Summary: This is a really fun game for my daughter. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it was for her so I really don't have much of an opinion on it. But she is definitely happy with it.
Summary: The game is great once installed but the instructions were lacking here. It kept asking to insert disk 1 and it was already in the drive. After much online searching I figured it out. This is very important. If you already have the Sims II 2 game installed you MUST uninstall it before installing the double deluxe. All 3 features are on one disk installed together, this is not an upgrade. Next issue was not being able to read past certain files on the disk.
Summary: i love sims, and i got this because it has been a long time since i played or had it on my computer.. i love the items on this pack, and it has the nightlife expansion but not the full open for business (just the stuff for it) which i like because i had open for business and its not that great. but i should have gotten sims 3 .. its so much better.
Summary: The Sims: Double Deluxe should be a four disc set: Discs 1 and 2 of The Sims: Deluxe Edition, The Houseparty Expansion, and a bonus Double Deluxe CD. Buyers, please pay attention to the descriptions the sellers have when you buy this game used. If they list only two dics, it is not the complete set. Just please be aware.
Summary: I love this game but I have been forced to buy the a physical copy version because the digital download option does not work for many people. For less stress buy the physical version, the extra day wait is worth it.
Summary: It is really nice to have it as a digital copy so no waiting for it to come in the mail to download. I already had the game once before and lost the disk so it is also good to have it where I can get if again if needed.
Summary: The Sims 2 Double Deluxe takes the idea of releasing a game along with expansions, and uses it to the fullest. This game comes with a great expansion pack and one stuff pack, which is just enough to get you started. The most fun part of the game is the customization, which has many options so that you can create a nearly realistic- looking Sim. Once your sim is made, you get to control it's day to day life.
Summary: Okay, so I'm a senior citizen. On those days when I get tired of just writing out the bills to keep the wolf from my door or taking still another step in taking care of this house -- I kinda like trying to match wits with a video game or two. "Oblivion" is okay when I'm in the mood for cutting and hacking. Or the myriad games that came with my PS3 [yeah, despite my advanced age -- got one of those too!].
Summary: This is a big step up from the original sims for pc. The game came in great condition and I will be playing it for a while and getting the expansion packs. If you have played the orginal sims for pc then you will be able to make a smooth transition by using the tutorial videos and checking out the new features. the graphics are better than the original sims for pc so it may require a better graphics card on your computer.
