Summary: This game is a lot of fun. My computer wasn't quite good enough for Sims 3, so I bought this version. Sims 2 is more complex than the original game. I love the fact that characters can grow up. It was annoying that kids in the original game were stuck at one age level forever. I've played Sims 3 on my sister's computer and it is even more complex. So complex, that playing it sometimes seems like too much work.
Summary: I wasn't pleased with my purchase from GiaRoseRecruiter through Amazon because the intended purchase The Sims 2 isn't what I received. The product received was The Sims 2 Double Deluxe which doesn't allow me to use other parts of the game "Night Life", because all 3 games were not included in the package. When the shipping party (GiaRoseRecruiter) was contacted she/he refused to assist me in making sure the product purchased worked correctly.
Summary: I started with The Sims in middle school! I'm now in my late 20's and still play it from time to time. I bought this a few years ago and I enjoy it. I like that you can have a pet or two as well. I enjoy Nightlife at times too! I bought The Sims 3, but I am unable to play it because of my grapics card (I know, get a better one right?!) I'm not hard-core addicted to The Sims like some people might be, but I do like to play it for a little while every now and again.
Summary: I've been a Sims 2 player since 2009. This game is truly a one-of-a-kind in terms of Life Simulation. I have a special kind of love for this creative digital work of art. I mainly use this game along with the expansion packs in terms of machinima. However, I do occasionally use the game for its mere purpose; playing sims and playing with life. In conclusion, I do reccomend this game to anyone who has time to kill, or anyone looking to be creative.
Summary: Thank you Electronic Arts. You are awesome. I love the game and this is the first time owning a PC game for sims. It's very fun and I played it for a very long time. My sims neighborhood is so big now. Thank you!
Summary: This is a great deal if you're just starting with the sims 2, it includes the base game plus Nightlife, Open for Business, and Celebration Stuff (stuff pack). Nightlife and OFB give you a wider game experience than the base game alone, though I think Celebration Stuff is a bit of a disappointment as far as stuff packs go. I recommend at least purchasing pets and university to go along with this, it's much more fun that way.
Summary: I love this game! It's fun to play and easy to navigate. Though there are a few differences that I noticed from the one you might buy in stores. But they are nothing major, in fact you won't really notice them. This product was well worth the buy and pretty fast on shipping.
Summary: After moving I only had some dingy old laptop that was living its last days, so even though the sims 3 is amazing playing it was out of the question. I've enjoyed playing the Sims 2 very much, if not more because of custom content I got from The Sims Resource.
