Summary: I purchased this game and had a great time playing it. However, when I tried the Online game, it asked me to input a CD Key. I informed Amazon and seller that the game is asking a CD Key; which the game didn't seem to have included when I purchase it.
Summary: I purchased this game specifically for the online co-op play. I was disappointed since the game would not validate my key. With the latest updates you can play without the CD/DVD, and play LAN mode. LAN is strictly head to head with no computer player option.
Summary: Not what i had in mind for a 2007 game. The grafics are poor, and the gameplay is kind of boring. The idea behind the game is interesting, but i dont think the game is very atracting, mostly becose of the lack of imagination. Its just an opinion, maybe you can try it and love it, i dont
Summary: There are two games called "The Settlers" both have several editions. This one was not the one I was looking for. The one I like is very similar to this game except the settlers are extremely cute and the game has more depth and prettier graphics.
Summary: I was very excited about this next installment in the Settlers series. The last one being very replayable and quite imaginitive. I'm somewhat disappointed in this one. It seems they took a step back instead of forward.
Summary: Graphics are ok, not the best, but certainly not the worst either, but the general aspect is lacking compared to the previous game where settlers had something to say, the military aspect could be better too.

In a sense it is a return to the old Settlers games in regards the way you have to have a storehouse, and the limited...
Summary: I remember settlers when it first came out and I enjoyed it. This revision is graphically superior, but a lot of the control seam to be carried out by the AI, leaving you very little to worry about and there's alway more than enough raw materials to win each level without trying too hard.
Summary: Bought this game wishing to relive my earlier experiences with games in the series. For simple city-building gameplay it's excellent. In terms of real-time strategy however I found the game lacking, but the graphics and pleasant gameplay made up for this.
