Summary: This game has become a bad, cash grabbing joke of something what was a decent implementation of Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. I really hope from the bottom of my heart that Warner is loosing the licence 2014 and someone else with taste and knowledge in building working MMOs (Turbines programmers...
Summary: Horrible class balance, bad PvP gameplay, Landscape/Questing super boring and easy. Every time they release an expansion it is riddled with bugs. Only good thing that I can think of is the lore and cinematics, most new games comes standard with good graphics, can't vouch LOTRO for that.
Summary: Five-year players of LOTRO here-myself and my spouse. VIP members. Six max-level chars each. I cannot say enough negative things about this "expansion," but the thing that offends the most is the unbelievably expensive price tag on an "expansion" that is just a cut/paste of previous material.

Summary: I give it a 1 for the artwork. Turbine has always done a solid job, at times great, of fleshing out the sights and sounds of Middle Earth. Without that, I'd give it a zero. Bugs are everywhere making multiple parts of the game that were released unplayable.
Summary: If I could I would skip this entire expansion to get to lvl 85. There's no replay value to it, it's the most boring section of the game. I did complete the entire expansion on a single character including rebuilding Hytbold.
