Summary: The key feature of Morrowind is the freedom it gives you. It's the only game I've seen where you are allowed to ruin your chances of winning the game. In Morrowind, the main quest is just one possibility. If you want to ignore the plight of the world, there's plenty more to do. If you want to just explore the country-side for a while, there is no shortage of secrets to find. If you'd rather doom the world to destruction by killing off the major characters, you can.
Summary: Do you ever want to just escape the from the world? Do you ever feel like being a hero, or perhaps the most feared person in the land? Do you feel like you lack a purpose and have nothing to do? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then chances are, Morrowind may just be the game for you. You arrive on a strange land an outsider. You dont even know your own name. You're shuffled off of the prison transport boat and husteld into a strange office.
Summary: If you love playing Skyrim, you should go back and discover this great old gem. So many magical memories from playing this game! There are plenty of great mods out there to improve the graphics and CPU dialogue.
Conclusion: Great fun to play! Me and my mates got addicted and played this for hours on end. But you should only buy it if either: 1: You don't mind older graphics. or 2: You have a powerful enough PC to put on graphics mods.
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind (PC): Morrowind - Balmora is my favorite holiday destination!

Summary: Morrowind is the third instalment from Bethesda's epic RPG series The Elder Scrolls. With all the raving about the brilliance of the Skyrim, one must not forget the beauty of Morrowind. Set in Vvardenfell, the large island in the middle of Morrowind, it is full of dangerous swamps, rocky cliffs, and unusual flora and fauna. In the center is Red Mountain which can still be seen erupting of the shore of Solstheim in Skyrim's Dragonborn DLC.
Pros: Everything - the quest, the graphics, the environment.
Cons: Xbox version frame rate poor, no fast travel or quest markers may put people off.
The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind- a breathtaking epic!

Excerpt: "...many,many years after its debut. The game is extremely immersive and it is very easy to lose yourself in the huge world and all of its history, religion, strife, events and adventures. While the graphics do it no justice these days, i find that I still enjoy playing Morrowind more than its later and more visually stunning sequel in the saga, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, because the game is actually about you. Instead of being a catalyst or reactor ...
Excerpt: "...I couldn't see what all the fuss was about. After going back a second time, something inside of me just clicked with it and I haven't been able to stop playing it since. I recently completed the game (with the strategy guide as I can't see how there would be a way of knowing where everything is without is) and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. All 3 parts of the game (Morrowind and then its two expansions Tribunal and Bloodmoon) each had something ...
The Elder Scrolls III - Morrowind (PC): One of the deepest and best RPGs
15 December 2009
Summary: Although the fourth Elder Scrolls game, Oblivion, is quite rightly the best game in the series, Morrowind, the third game, is as complex and well-executed, and so is one worth revisiting once you've ploughed through Oblivion. It is simply one of the most rewarding games in the genre and a triumph of style AND substance in harmony. It may be closer to ten years old than five now, but it still looks good, and its water graphics for the time were great in particular.
Summary: When I found this game and its 2 expansions for 2 euro It did not take me long to decide if it was worth it, the game is truly expansive, but hard at some points. In Morrowind you start as a prisoner as is typical of the Elder scrolls games, after a small character creation process that was nicely implemented into the immigrations office I was dropped outside into the world whit no idea how heal, rest or even fight correctly, Catching on is easy though as I soon learned,...
