Summary: To me the story line was totally uninteresting and difficult to follow, despite the known SCi-Fi author as well as vetran actors (Brian Cox, Rosario Dawson) they brought in for the voices. it was getting to the next big battle challenge that kept me going in this game. I did like using the persuade and suicide capabilities. Glad I only paid $5 for it...
Pros: Overall Good Graphics Good Weapons and Capabilities Some soild battle gameplay Only paid $5.00
Cons: Uninteresting Story line Game is fairly short even when playing in hard/vetran mode A few sequences of the game were graphically poor.
Summary: If you're buying this so you don't have to deal with Origin, don't bother. The first thing the disc tries to do is install Origin and make you register online. The Disc version includes some preorder coop DLC, but that's probably the only advantage over just buying it online. I got it on sale for $7. Which is probably cheaper than the Origin store, but I was trying to avoid Origin entirely.
Summary: The game itself looks great. It's a FPS with a shadowrun type of feel without being as bad as the shadowrun fps. The major downside is that you HAVE to install EA's Origin app to run it on your PC.
Summary: First I was cynical given EA's track record with previous (but noteworthy) franchises. The original Syndicate series are some of my all time favorite games. I remember distinctly when Syndicate came out around 1993. It was quite original, fascinating - nothing could compare to it at the time. It had this cool, somewhat dismal evil'ish atmospheric story mixed with real-time and strategic game play with RPG elements.
Summary: This game had some real potential but failed to move me. The special moves such as suicide on others gets be be boarding after a while and some of the other perks also. If I were someone interest I would wait until it is a 10 or 5 dollar game then buy it. I bought it when it was 49 and gosh I wish I waited cause boy was it a let down. The concept was more interesting than the game. Save your money until it is cheaper.
Summary: I don't want to say this is a bad game, it has merit in design and steady flow. The main thing I can't get around is how close the story of Half-Life 2 is behind the veil of this game's ideas. Then there is also how close the abilities in the skill tree are like Deus Ex, along with the weapons that feel as if they came from both games. It just feels like they took a good long look at Half-Life and Deus Ex and took what was good and smashed it into a (Short!
Summary: Pardon me if I'm Wrong but this is Syndicate Right? In the original game made back in 93 or 94 I could put cybernetic implants in my agents body to make him bullet proof or run faster. Heck he could even hold his own against a fellow agent. Not only that but he could hold his own against multiple agents and you had up to 4 agents at a time on your side and they could last wave after wave of agents! Single Player is terrible!
Summary: NOTE: This is only a review of the single-player campaign (I prefer single-player to co-op/multiplayer) I normally like FPS games, but Syndicate just didn't cut it for me. Here's why: - Way too much bloom (i.e. brightness) in the graphics - bloom can be a good thing, but too much of it can give you a headache (or at least make your eyes want to turn away from the screen if they've been looking at it for too long).

Summary: What I liked about the game: it has a good soundtrack and fine visuals. I liked the voice of the talking chip and not too many, but not bad weapons and I guess that was it. I finished this game only once, but it seems there are 2 endings in there, depending on one choice that you make in-game. That's a good feature however I will not play this game again just to see the difference.
Summary: Fun from this game comes from the co-op, and unfortunately it is very difficult at this point to just drop in and find anyone else who is playing. Given there are no "bots" to fill in empty player spots, even if you have one other person you're in for a difficult time on maps that are intended for four players. To elaborate on that: The game relies on throwing lots of enemies at you at times and players being able to revive each other.
