Summary: A fantastic Real-time tactical game with a decent Co-Op mode made this a real gem to own. The games graphic and soundtrack oozed cyberpunk too the point where you could taste the Megacorp, gloom, the acid rain and the dystopia With two very good campaigns playing either the EuroCorp or the Church of the New Epoch and the flexibility to complete mission in a variety of ways makes Syndicate Wars a worthy buy over at GOG.com for all those RTS retro gamers … Expand
Summary: Syndicate Wars continues where its predecessor left off and is set in a dystopian, cyberpunk future where the world is run by a megacorporation known as Eurocorp. Eurocorp controls its populace through the use of mind control chips except at the beginning of the game, it's apparent that something is wrong as reports of malfunctions start to escalate.
Summary: Pardon me if I'm Wrong but this is Syndicate Right? In the original game made back in 93 or 94 I could put cybernetic implants in my agents body to make him bullet proof or run faster. Heck he could even hold his own against a fellow agent. Not only that but he could hold his own against multiple agents and you had up to 4 agents at a time on your side and they could last wave after wave of agents! Single Player is terrible!
Summary: i must say i have this on pc and i am running it at the highest it can go. the game play is great. graphics are great and it is a very challenging game. i do play the game with a xbox360 controller so the control scheme is perfect. i have not been disappointed with this game at all.
Summary: Awesome game for tactical co-op gameplay but multiplayer gameplay is riddled with bugs and technical glitches. Player viewpoints don't match the ingame models so in the game players apear to be completely behind cover where from the other person's perspective they are completely looking over or around an object. Multiplayer is riddled with cheaters and no anti cheats on the horizon. Sounds in game are a joke.
Summary: Excellent addition to a brilliant game. Doesn't add anything new or mess up any of the original goodness and the few extra new weapons don't really change the gameplay in any meaningful way. Though I'll probably have to play through again with sniper rifle just for the challenge. On the down side is it's very short and really could use a decent selection of weapons. If you loved the first game you'll love this too. Can't wait for next part.
Summary: Excellent expansion to one of the most innovative FPS games out there. My biggest complaint is that it left me wanting more! Fortunately the new levels are challenging to play over again at higher difficulty levels. Oh the new weapons are really nice too.
Summary: This was quite possibly the best expansion ever made. I loved the original and this expansion really adds to the realistic SWAT experience. You have to check out the grenade launcher, it totally changes the way multiplayer is player. And the new game type "Smash and Grab" is cool!
