Summary: Syberia one and two was awesome. But when I try to install Amerzone, it screwed up my p.c.and my husband had a hard time getting it uninstall. It was as if a second program was wreaking hell on my p.c. I really wanted to play Amerzone. Oh well, at least I got back my p.c.
I played this game about 9 years ago and liked it so much I had to get it again!

Summary: I haven't gotten into the game as yet; I'm aving it for a day when I've got time to really get into it. I've played both Syberia I and II but have not seen or played Amerzone but am looking forward to that as well! I would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys a good adventure.
Summary: This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Date Played: Jan 2014 Time Played: 20 hours Pros: + unique premise + pre-rendered scenes still look good Cons: - real-time rendered characters do not look good anymore - annoyingly voiced dialogue (English) - serious holes in plot for a story-driven game Picked up this game on Steam sale on the promise of a good story and reasonable puzzles. I was disappointed.

Summary: What I like the most is that the puzzles are challenging, but don't REQUIRE me to buy a separate book of hints, or to constantly go to the internet to figure it out in someone else's walkthrough. I can have fun in the game, not spend all day figuring out what the game is trying to make me do. So many games make it either too easy (boring) or too hard (make me feel dumb) and this one "said Goldilocks...was just right!!
Summary: I can't believe I didn't hear more about this game before I decided to play it. It really deserves to be a well known classic, alongside The Longest Journey. The world of Syberia is similar to ours, but slightly different, in its possessing intricate automaton inventions. While Kate Walker's journey takes her to different and fascinating locations, the plot is not exactly epic.
Summary: With the passing of time, you realize what are the real gems among the video games of the past, and take advantage of the new versions (renovated) and the bargain prices to get these again... And so... what better than play again the masterpiece of Benoît Sokal? One of the most inspired games of all time: dreamy, melancholy and funny at the same time! And I look forward to Syberia 3...
Summary: Syberia manages to find just the right amount of difficulty (possible to complete without a walk-through), dialogue, exploration, puzzle solving, and compelling story for a classic adventure game. The voice work is impeccable and the graphics hold up quite well into 2013 (suffering only from aliasing on the characters which any modern graphics card can easily eliminate.
Summary: A very good game; delivered well within the specified time. The game is interesting, with plenty of puzzles to solve; it's engaging, but not obsessively so. I found the graphics unusual, but beautifully crafted. Lots of fun.
