Summary: Supreme commander is a great game! The resource gathering is darn near scientific which may be to complicated for super casual gamers but for anybody who actualy wants to get better at the game, its pretty awesome. The combat is tons of fun to watch but I wish it was a tad deeper. Great game but it lacks something special that make age of empires 2 and Starcraft the best of all time.
Summary: Its an okay game and as far as strategy games it fares well with others, but it was missing a key aspect for me and that is the humanity, or at least the life of the game. It was all done in beautiful scenery but with robots.
Summary: The game is fun, but I think it would be better off without experimental units and immense tier-3 artillery pieces. That aside, my only issue is that the game crashes at least once a day. I save often, but it's still frustrating. Also multiplayer just doesn't work at all, and no reason is given.
Summary: Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance adds a new faction to the stock game. The Seraphim are an alien race with an emphasis on mobility and attack power over tanking, and provide a credible challenge to the base armies without being too overpowered. There are plenty of awesome new units on all sides as well. So if you liked Supcom 1, there's plenty to like here too. The only problem is that there's also a Supreme Commander 2.
