Gameplay is fun when it doesn't shut down suddenly

Summary: I love this game, but sometimes it shuts down on me suddenly and I have to replay an entire scenario over again. I'm running this game on Windows 8.1 Pro and it works great except for the shutting down part. Installation was fairly easy and straight forward though. Another problem I have with it sometimes is the screen gets locked into an infinite rotation. It would just spin round and round. I would have to save the game and restart it for it to stop doing that.
Summary: One of my favorite rts's. The thing that makes this game stick out is the economy. The resources are constantly drained instead of deducted at once. Also the art is really cool. Definitely worth it.
Don't buy. Steam version of the game with no disclaimer

Summary: I ordered the disc copy of this game SPECIFICALLY because I didn't want to use steam. I already have the steam version and I needed the disc version for compatibility reasons with a friend who also has a disc version. And they sent me this Steam Bullcrap. I want my money back.
Summary: I admit it. I'm a RTS (real time simulation) fanatic. You can have the Call of Duty games (I still play those) but a single character? No way. I want ARMIES. I want artillery, I want sneak attacks, I want on demand overhead air cover. Supreme Commander and it's sequel (this title) gave me that. I ordered this download because my original DVD had become too scratched and the small price was a no-brainer.
