Summary: I am a stronghold fan ever since stronghold 1. The only problem would be that this game is sooooo laggy Im pretty sure it isn't my computer. If you are a stronghold fan you can probably tolerate the gameplay but not the horrible lag. the game play is next generation apart from crusader and legends.
Summary: I had been intrigued by the idea of this game when I first picked it up. However once I got around to playing it I found a bit disappointment. Its level design is a little clunky at times and makes some of the task your given a bit tedious to deal with.
Summary: I have played and loved the Stronghold games, until Stronghold 3, that is. Likes: I like that I can rotate buildings at smaller incriments rather than 90 degrees. I like that I can zoom in and see better detail. I like the music a lot. The day changed from night to day and there is rain at times.
Summary: the game should have had a better grasp of what everyone loved in Stronghold 1, and the good of Stronghold 2. Too many changes and ideas simply ruin the game and it should not be considered part of the series. I did purchase this game, and played it. it was not fun.
Summary: I was interested in trying out stronghold 3, and amazon had it on sale for a heck of a lot cheaper than the DVD runs, so I took the bait. Unfortunately, it wound up being much more trouble than it was worth.
*Disclaimer* Love the game, however its Lacking a Skirmish mode!

Summary: I will start by saying the game itself is much better then it was. I would honestly give it 5 stars except for one small problem. No multiplayer computer AI. The game is challenging on the easiest settings,(although I am admittedly terrible at RTS)but the story is great.
