Summary: I will have to return this game because someone already used the product key that was included in the game. You have to activate this through Steam even if you already bought the game. Someone has used the key, so now I do not get to play. Big inconvenience... I now have to mail back.

Summary: This has to be the WORST game Firefly Studios have EVER come out with! Lackluster GUI, shallow battles, terrible gameplay, harsh DRM; this is one game EVERYONE (even if you aren't a fan of the series) should definitely stay away from. And anyone who did give this game more than 2 stars here on Amazon MUST be a Firefly Studios employee. There's just no other way you could do it. Especially if you've played any other game by Firefly Studios. Don't believe me?
Summary: Stronghold 3 seems as though it was released too early by accident. There is NO SKIRMISH MODE, no map/scenario creator, and close to no content. I'm not quite sure what there is to do in this game other than a very short campaign (terrible by the way). No one plays the multilayer (for a good reason)and the game seems to crash every time you get a formidable sized army on the field. I have played the Stronghold series since the release date of the very first one.
Summary: If you want "Steam" then I definately suggest you buy this game. If you don't know what steam is I think you should look it up, some consider it spyware. You have to install and update "Steam" before you even install the game LOL. I think it should say requires memebership to "Steam" in the system reqs.

Summary: Wish I could give this "ZERO" start because that's what it deserves! I have several of the Stronghold games & just recently got this one. As it stands I can not give a review of the game itself because I can not get it to run. FireFly, along with several other software firms have started using something called Steam (steampowered.com) & that is the problem! I have purchased 3 games within the past year that use this Steam program & not one of them worked!
