Conclusion: The force was unleashed on this game alright, it just happened to be the dark side of the force. The controls seemed to have been programmed by Darth Vader himself. If you can get past the terrible controls you'll be in for a decent story, great visuals and music.

Excerpt: It’s been several years since LucasArts first asked its fan base, “Would you be interested in playing as a Star Wars villain?” Apparently, this idea was met with some enthusiasm, and the result was The Force Unleashed for console gaming systems.
Excerpt: The Force Unleashed was a great concept and a better narrative let down by a handful of mechanical faults and poor design decisions. A sequel was always on the cards but unfortunately what we're presented with fails to meet the high expectations expected of the license.
Pros: More fluid combat, the Force Unleashed empowered mode delivers on its titular promise.
Cons: Extremely short, very careless storytelling, a lack of variety in enemies, still more quick-time events.
