Summary: Ok, most people who have played this game and have enjoyed this series know the almost legendary story behind what the hell might have happened when this was developed. Many reviews have already outlined why the game was not finished (money, basically, although Lucasarts has been infamously hush hush about the whole thing), so I won't go into detail about that. Now, while 3 stars is good, I believe this game deserves a little bit more credit.
Summary: Lets face it boys and girls, the reason we game is for fun, laughter, entertainment and getting our "geek" on, with all our friends. This game gave my friends and I a fabulous weekend of just that. And who doesn't love The Old Republic? Awesome playtime and storyline, I highly recommend this game for your Star Wars collection!
Just as good, and sometimes better, than the original!

Summary: At the time of this writing, the average Amazon.com rating for KOTOR II is 3 stars out of 5. I simply can't believe this! There were a few reasons I held off getting this game (after playing and very much enjoying the first): 1. I knew it was so much like the first that I didn't want to start it right after the first, because I feared I might get tired of too much of the same thing. 2.
Excerpt: KOTOR II takes place five years after KOTOR which took place 4000 years prior to the films. The Sith have almost succeeded in wiping out the Jedi. Your character is a Jedi Knight who was exiled from the Jedi Order. You character seeks to reconnect to the force and destroy the Sith. As in KOTOR, you are aided by several companions. There are six planets for you to explore and as expected there is the option to be light or dark i.e.
Conclusion: It is exceptional. Just as good and exciting as the first one. Not only does it have great graphics and gameplay, its also extremely diverse. The play is slightly different for the 3 different classes, and the story is different for the male, female light and dark side. This means you have to complete it at least 4 times to do everything. My life went out the window when i got this and i cant wait for the next one.
Conclusion: This game is the answer to the limited activities you can do in this stupid rain. I got back home with this late last night but I begged my parents to install it at least. (we had bought it quite a way away) But I was very sneaky and I was supposedly 'making sure it worked' the trouble is. It took me about half an hour to have the courage to click 'exit game'. What makes this game so good is well for a start the graphics are awesome.
