Great Game

Russell Vollmers II, Amazon
12 June 2013
  • Summary: I ordered it for my Computer running Windows 8. I have other games running on Windows 8 and have no problems. I use to own Star Trek Armada but I lost the CD. So when I found this one I was excited about getting it. It arrived and I loaded it on my computer and was sad to say it would not work.

Awesome

Richard A. Flores, Amazon
3 February 2013
  • Summary: Classic but a great game. You will want to download the Millenium Project 1.9SE online and it makes it BAD ASS. I helped design aspects of the MP mod way back in the day when this game came out, a bunch of good guys that made a great mod. 10+ years later and I still play this game.

Jesse Huongvilay "Deanna Troi", Amazon
8 October 2009
  • Summary: This has got to be the best Star Trek game ever made even for its time. Even if this game is now several years old, it worked well under my Vista (Home Premium) computer (but has to be set under Windows 2000 compatibility mode and visual settings disabled; to do this, find the exe icon called...

A marriage of the RTS genre and Star Trek can't lose.

Andrew Lambert, Amazon
27 September 2002
  • Summary: Star Trek Armada is an addictive game. After completing 20 challenging missions as the Federation, the Klingon, the Romualns, the Borg, and finally as a combined task force against a Borg invasion you'll be ready to take a crack at the online arena.

The Startrek game I always dreamed about.

OAKSHAMAN "oakshaman", Amazon
19 June 2002
  • Summary: When I got my first Commodore proto-computer back in the early eighties this is exactly the sort of game that I hoped would one day be developed for home computers. If you are like me, you daydreamed alot about the various starship designs and the possibility of all-out fleet action between the...

Still fun over a decade later

Michael C. Spadaro, Amazon
25 January 2002
  • Summary: When it came out, I didn't quite understand it, plus the computer I had at the time wasn't capable of running it. It wasn't until 2004 that I had a computer capable of running Armada (and a couple other Trek games) smoothly, but by that point, finding Trek games in any video game store had become...

Where no Real Time Strategy has gone before

Mitch "The Yellow Dart", Amazon
8 December 2001
  • Summary: Yes, this is THE best RTS I have ever played. The controls are quite simple, the concept is intreaging, the graphics are blazing, and sound is blasting, and the game play is like none other.
