Spore: Galactic Adventures (PC)
31 July 2009
Excerpt: Spore: Galactic Adventures is the first expansion pack for Spore, a game where you have the freedom to create any creature you wish – from a worm like herbivore to a giant, flying, flesh eating ball with legs, horns and eyes! Now the balance of freedom has shifted to your fingertips where you can create your own complex adventures or play the pre-made adventures from Maxis, taking your creature from zero to galactic hero.
Excerpt: Hey! Remember Spore ? It’s better known as What Will Wright Did After The Sims , it was meant to be the second coming, and it turned out to be… um, pretty good, I guess. A classic victim of its own hype, Spore could never really have delivered on all its promises, and what we ended up with was a load of really interesting ideas stuck to a series of rubbish, scaled-down versions of other video games. A shame, then, if not a completely unenjoyable one.
Summary: Att djärvt åka dit ingen har åkt tidigare gjorde vi redan i originalet. Galactic Adventures tar oss istället tillbaka till planeterna men det är inte därför du ska köpa expansionen till Spore.
Pros: Underbara verktyg, Bra inkörsport till moddande
