Summary: Born from a sullied and worthless lineage: the completely forgettable True Crime series, Sleeping dogs is yet another Sandbox GTA clone. But with clever writing, a memorable locale of Hong Kong, vibrant and terrifying characters and a soundtrack that may be the best in the GTA style games since the very first 3d GTA... Sleeping Dogs is greater than the sum of all it's parts.
Summary: Got this game from the December Deals promo for like $3 and it has been the best game I have played in a long time. I just barely finished the story and there is so much else to do. I have been playing it on my mid-level laptop with few problems and the graphics and gameplay are still great. Buy it.
Summary: This game is so much fun! I already played it for 33 hours and I am still not done with all the secondary missions. It is a lot like GTA but not as big but Hong Kong is a cool setting. The fighting gameplay is really good. Maybe the game is a bit easy but who cares?
Summary: I noticed this game while waiting for GTA5 and tried its demo. Not so much fun. But when I finished GTA5 and was looking for something similar, I downloaded this game and finished in two days. This is on some parts even better than GTA I would say. Storyline was kinda sketchy at first but turned out to be great. Just hope the story can go longer and the map can cover a larger area of HK. Really looking forward to the next title in the series.
Summary: I love this game a Hong Kong Based Open World adventure like GTA. But your a policeman undercover so a little less killing a lot of kung fu and training. A ton of other cool missions and a bunch of hidden lockboxes, statues and prayer zones the more you find the more your health score maxes out. This game reminds me of the original Shenmue series that was on Sega Dreamcast many years ago and the newer Yakuza franchise that was out on PS3.
