Summary: Born from a sullied and worthless lineage: the completely forgettable True Crime series, Sleeping dogs is yet another Sandbox GTA clone. But with clever writing, a memorable locale of Hong Kong, vibrant and terrifying characters and a soundtrack that may be the best in the GTA style games since the very first 3d GTA... Sleeping Dogs is greater than the sum of all it's parts.
Summary: Nice game, nice graphical representation of Kowloon Town, and other locale. A pretty damn good story, that's why I kept playing past the first few missions. I don't recommend the dlc missions though.
Summary: I got this game because I was looking for a good open world game. I've played about 3 hours and I'm not overly impressed. The combat is very similar to Arkham City. I don't know when guns enter the game, but it's certainly not early in the game. The vehicles are a bit clunky, you drive on the left hand side of the road, and the "free look" while driving stinks. It's not a bad game, but it's nothing I would really recommend either.
Summary: Year of the snake is the last dlc for United Fronts Sleeping Dogs. Unlike The Zodiac tournament and Nightmare in North Point missions in Year of the Snake are little bit more diverse and feature more than just fistfights. This doesn't make it a lot better though, the story is at best forgettable and the missions themselves are bland. The new weapons and accessories don't add much either.
