Summary: I first installed Sim City 4 and thought I wouldn't need the expansion pack. After a week of playing the game it was clear I really needed the expansion pack. I went to the Sim City web site and all of the cool add on buildings and such required that you had the pack. I made the purchase, completed the install and was impressed. Not only did the program run faster and crash less, but the added features took a good game and made it outstanding.
Summary: This game is definetly worth the price you pay and makes Sim City a whole lot better! I especially like plopping Area 5.1 to get the UFO and decimate my city! (Ok here is a way to get an easy $10000... Ok build and iscolated build with a short peice of road connected to a fire station. Next use the fire disaster on the iscolated building and use the u drive it mode and select the fire truck. You should get the mission "Fire!".
Summary: This is my favorite game in the entire world!!!Even my kid brother(who does not like Sim games)loves this game!I like to build different things and play U Drive It Missions to win different things! There is no doubt in my mind that(if you do not already have this game)you should buy it!!!!
Summary: At first I was unsure of the value of this game. I wasn't interested in the traffic or the You Drive It missions. However, after playing, these make the game so much more interesting. Also, the ease of play is much improved. Highly recomended to purchase with Sim City 4.
Summary: One game that's great to have when you just want to muck around for a few hours, build a basic sandbox city and watch it run, or micromanage your city up to a glowing metropolis. The freedom's yours and the game adjusts evenly with every level up.
Summary: This is exactly what it says it is, Sim City 4 Deluxe Edition. It came on time and runs fine on Windows 7. The only thing you need to now is that this is the UK version of the game, so if you do any modding, etc., you will need to be aware that the traffic goes in opposite direction. If you've played any Maxis/EA "Sim" game, you'll love this game. [...
Summary: I've been playing SimCity since the original was released on Windows systems. With every new release, Maxis (and now their partners EA) the crew packs more realism and fun than the previous version--Simcity 4 is no exception to this legacy. While the gameplay may seem a bit complicated if you're not currently a hardcore Simmer, it's pretty easy to get used to.
