Summary: Why a expansion to Sim City you ask.In one word money and Electronic Arts has the corner market on making it.Most of the stuff in Rush Hour should of been in the game but they left it out for a expansion. So if you want a better city for your sims then buy it and there might be a patch you will have to wait for.
Summary: Installation was horrendous. It appears that the licensing for this game is European/British based. This _can_ conflict with an installation to a computer registered in North America. This is indeed an older game for older operating systems... but there is 'supposedly' support for setting this up under different compatibility modes with the newer operating systems. My attempted install and all of the 'tricks' I could come up with to get it installed took me 5 hours...
Summary: Mods make this game tolerable. Supposedly supports 1600x1200 screen yet that won't work for me as it refuses to alter the screen aspect ratio. Clunky interface. Love the fact it came with a manual but the game still has issues and shows it's age graphically.
Summary: If you are lucky enough not to have it freeze up on you, it is a fun game. I enjoyed playing it, but the graphics are just not as sharp as they were in 3000, and there is just so much to whatch over in your city. If you like doing several things at once you will love this game. It is really different from the first three. The plus side is that it is alot bigger, and there is more to do.
