Summary: I love this game. What can you say? If you don't mind the repetitive nature of the battles you can really enjoy working through the plot line. You arrive in the Caribbean with your own ship and small crew. Who will you sail for, who will you attack? Doesn't matter because you'll be switching sides to maximize your legend and wealth.
Summary: Classic game, old school gaming at it's best. The graphics are vintage as is the speed. I enjoy the story interaction better than the cut, slash, charm effects found in other style games. It feels more like a true pirate campaign. Building your ship, choosing your venture and many more variables.

No, it's not one of the complex and high graphics games of today, but it is easy enough to maneuver and challenging enough to master. Each time you play you can change your alliances, try for different focus and still have a great time.

Summary: I had this game years (and years) ago on a very old computer, loved it then, and it is so much better updated to modern systems with graphics, sound fx, music... I love this game, Sid Meier is great. I dont know a lot about graphics and such, but I like how this game can be played at different difficulty levels, several choices and options of what to do, different paths you can take on your adventures as a pirate in the Caribbean seas.there isnt a lot of "gore" or...
