Summary: This product is not a legitimate copy of Civ 3. My PC tried to boot it and said the attached license key is invalid. Lucky it didn't cost too much. better off buying a new version of Civ at Best Buy.
Summary: Yes this game is amazing in every way shape and form however the product sold her is not what you see on the picture. I bought the origional civ 3 gold when it first came out and fell in love with it. Unfortionately due to age and overuse my discs needed replacing. So I came here and bought this.
Summary: Beautiful game, if you own a PC. After recently purchasing a MacBook, I decided that Civilization III was a must have for my new computer. After installing this game on my mac, I found out the provided serial number was invalid.
Summary: I ordered the software and it came without a serial number and the software does not work. I have exchanged at least 4 e-mails with them and have still not been able to get it to work. I can only assume that the software that Amazon sold was a fraud. Very disappointing.
I *was* excited about this game, too bad it hoovers the tool

Summary: The AI is good and the graphics are nice. However the performance is abominable. I have been running this on two Macs, a PowerMac G4 733 with 1.5Gb of RAM and a Dual 1Ghz PowerMac with 1.5Gb of RAM and performance on both platforms is completely unacceptable.
Summary: Ok, so in eager anticipation of the release of the third installment of the best, and most time consuming, game in computing history, I went ahead and did the logical thing: I dumped my girlfriend.
Summary: While Civilization III *should* have been a significant update to the Civilization games, it is not. In short, it is a huge disappointment. If you already own Civilization II, stick with it--you'll be happy you did.
