Quite possibly the greatest game ever made.

Summary: A stunning complex scifi strategy game, with a multitude of interlocking systems to master, this is probably the greatest game ever made. The raw game play is a marvel, demanding you balance a huge range of factors and forcing you at every step to consider the consequences of particular ideological...
Summary: Made by the same developers as Sid Meier's Civilisation, this Turn-Based Strategy game released in 1999 gives the player the task of building a nation in the 22nd century. This game feels very much like a follow-up to Civilisation, as it takes place during a fictional future in which space travel is...
Summary: Where do I start... The underlying narrative and the world itself manages to be familiar yet alien at the same time. The game mechanics are spot-on. The unit design process is brilliant. The factions genuinely play differently.
Summary: It is advertised as Windows 7 compatible, however after a full day of trawling through various forums and support pages to no avail. I have installed this game several times with various patches, add on's, compatibility boxes ticked and editing .int files I am no closer getting this to run.
Summary: This game is in my view one of the best ever produced; but do not buy it expecting it to be as finished or polished as say Civ IV or V, it is much older, hence its price. You will also need to do a little work to patch it if you, like I, still run XP!
Summary: Shame this looks so dated and has so many hurdles to jump through to get it to install on Vista or Windows 7. It does install by the way, and plays very well. It has a totally different feel to Civ games while being obviously closely related.
Summary: Just a Brilliant game from the past. I have the original just brilliant! Oh the DLC did not work on my XP PC, but I got an new 8.1 pc which seems more up to play old games, So I will try it this coming weekend!
Summary: the game is old, designed for windows 98. it has a patch to let it be used on XP, vista and windows 7, but the patch alone does not work. You have to go to their technical support page where you get instructions on editing some part of the files to get it to work.
Summary: I have played this game on several occasions before purchasing on this site. i now find that it doesn't install properly on the windows 7 operating system. it may be that my inability to use the internet or patches is preventing it from working.
