Summary: So I put up with the download time(that didn't really bother me i started when i left in the morning and it was done when i got home), but after all that it runs the menu just fine but whenever i enter a campaign and actually try to play the game it just freezes.
Summary: A disaster-SEGA uses a third party to process online registrations. SEGA help desk very polite, but useless. In the meantime the third party had no help feature and was less then useless. I am totally disenchanted with purchasing P C games online.

Summary: After seeing all the great reviews on this game and being a total war fan for the last 10 years I decided to purchase. The game is ugly and requires a college degree to operate. Creating an account through steam and opening steam every time you play is a huge hassle. Load times take forever.
Summary: Will not install on my Windows System. Called a computer professional in (at $100/hour) and he could not install it. Checked all Help Lines and consumer advice columns -- nothing. Might as well use it as a coaster! Will not be buying any other editions of this game! Very disappointed 11 year-old!
Summary: I download games all the time and have reasonable expectations. Not only did this game take forever to download but when it finally did, it NEVER worked. It slowed down my entire system then my pc kept crashing and freezing up. I had to uninstall, which by the way was no easy task.
Summary: I was finally able to run the game in a stable mode thanks to some advice I found online by Captain Jack Gumption on YouTube. I can take neither credit nor responsibility for the Captain's clever fix for Windows 7 OS by increasing video memory.
