Excerpt: I ran in terror. I sat in shock. I guffawed. I felt ridiculous. I grimaced with disgust. Is it possible to experience this range of emotions in the space of just a few hours? Yes, if, like me, you've been playing the final installment in Sam & Max The Devil's Playhouse -- The City that Dares Not Sleep . Note: if you don't want to read spoilers for the previous four episodes in Sam & Max The Devil's Playhouse, stop reading here and skip down to the Quick List.
Excerpt: As The Penal Zone opens, our heroes Sam and Max are trapped in a cage on the bridge of a starship bombarding their city. At the ship's control is the gorilla-like alien General Skunkape (pronounced Skun-ka-pay), who cackles with glee as each salvo is released, while his bride Stinky sits nearby trying to alleviate her boredom with an impromptu manicure. Can Max use his psychic powers to save the day? Wait a minute ... what?
Sam and Max : The Devil’s Playhouse – Episode 5: The City That Dares Not Sleep (PC)

Excerpt: Sam and Max Season 3, The Devil’s Playhouse Episode 5 – The City That Dares Not Sleep is as long as titles get. It’s so long in fact, that its bordering ridiculous! But then again ‘ridiculous’ has never been above Sam and Max, so that sort of behavior is not exactly discouraged around here. Typing long titles over and over is discouraged (for my own sanity), so lets just call this game The City That Dares Not Sleep.
Review: Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse - The City that Dares Not Sleep (PC)
24 September 2010
Summary: Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse concludes with its fifth and final episode, The City that Dares Not Sleep . As you guide Sam through the craziness that awaits, you’ll find yourself pointing and clicking your way to the end, just as you’ve had to do in the episodes before. In terms of gameplay, there are no real surprises waiting for you, and the same can be said about one particular plot point.
