Summary: It has been a while since I last played this game, but when I did I loved it. The atmosphere was great, the setting cool, the weapons nice and the story good enough to keep me interested throughout the game. There are a few things I didn't like though.
Summary: Buy the game, you will love it, and the large modding community (thank all of you) will keep the game alive for much much longer! Can't wait to try the other two games in the series!!!
Pros: Awesome game, it really pulls you in and doesn't let go! Weapons are awesome, and the environments are really cool. Can't wait to get home from (hardly) working to play again!
Cons: Only con is voice and writing is not the best, but it was developed originally in Russian, and there are a few mods that help to improve. Also graphics are a bit dated now, but the "COMPLETE" mod helps greatly!
Summary: I think this is a great game. It's not perfect, but it's good. One person has mentioned a poor tutorial and this I agree with. The in-game help when starting should be more thorough. But the world where the player lives in is incredible.

Summary: This is one of my all time favorite FPS. The reason is the tremendous realism that is present in both the game play and the environments. You see, I bought this game for two reasons. The first is I really enjoy FPS style games.
Summary: After playing this game, it leads me to suspect the new Wolfenstein game will be of similar play style. However with a different theme. Always been a fan of the wolfenstein series.
Pros: Seemless level loading. (Open areas to explore, with little to no level load times) RPG elements to the game, while maintaning the FPS genre. Excelent environmental detail and special effects. Models could have been done a little better, but that aside, the environment is VERY detailed, and well ...
Cons: The downside. After getting through an area of the map, enemies respawn and you basically have to fight your way through to return to the guy who hires you. Little bit cumbersome, repetative, and not all to easy to accomplish. (Save OFTEN)
Summary: This game is different enough from common shooter like 'Timeshift' to make it enjoyable even for old players like me who wet their teeth on 'Blood and Duke Nukem". The visuals are very good and definately lend to the atmosphere of the game.
Summary: I have been wainting for this game to come out for years and was quite happy with the end result. I had to upgrade my rig just to run it smoothly. The story lines not bad and love the multiple ending. I have played it about 4 times and gonna start it again soon.
Summary: The game is quest based rather than linear. You pick up quests, loot, trade and upgrade you gear much like a RPG. You move freely around the lands and you can explore on your own loading only at level borders.
Summary: This game is a must play for FPS fans. Be prepared to devote many hours in front of the screen attempting to conquer this one. The playing areas are immense, the AI is superb, and the story line is very good. No two "saved game" reloads are the same, which keeps you on your toes.
