Summary: This game fast became my favorite...until I got to level 31 which has a glitch in it. Tried to find out if I could get a patch for it but, since I didn't download it at BigFish, I guess I can't. I loved Royal Envoy 1 and I really thought this would be just as good...in fact it was even better till that darn Level 31! I still play it (up to that level), and then I start playing it again from the beginning. It is good, just wish I could get the patch.
Summary: I've played all of the Envoy games and this one is very similar to the other games that I enjoyed. You have these great time management puzzles that you need to think about before you make a movement and I did end up having to look a some guides for a couple of levels which is my hallmark of a good puzzle. However, this game didn't add anything new to the series. In the other games they introduced pirates, farms, snowball fights, bee hives, circuses etc.
Summary: So I had the black screen that others have commented on. Found a solution: Right Click on the game icon, third item down is "Run with graphics processor" and an arrow to the right. Put your cursor on the arrow and get a choice of options. I had to tell it to use my video card and not the default. I haven't encountered this in many places, but I hope it makes the game playable to others. Not through with it but I am finding it to be very fun.
Summary: this game is so much fun and whisks you away to build tear down and collect gold in a community. it is a special game where you work against the clock and is more than a challenge, you simply much get this one.
Summary: I'm a game fanatic. Royal Envoy was likeable and enjoyable because it's simply fun. It's fascinating watching the different men at work! There's a cuteness and enjoyability other games don't have. It's concept is quite different. Play it and see. I'm not one for blood and gore.
Summary: If you enjoyed My Kingdom for the Princess or any of the other Royal Envoy games this will be a good fit. Its relatively mindless but has some difficulty once you get going. However, the "Hidden Level, or Expert Level is really just one of the previous Royal Envoy games , nothing new. Other than that, glad I bought it.
