Play GREAT on a Mac!

pop1955801, Ebay
5 July 2012
  • Summary: Contrary to another review, this game plays just GREAT on my Mac. It has very different game play from other games and it would be hard to classify this game. Unusual game play! Never lets you get tired of it although it is tough sometimes to get through the levels.

Fun Game

tradesmartvalues, Ebay
11 May 2010
  • Summary: The game is great. I love playing it with my seven year old daughter. We used to play the same game on Wii which was fun and somewhat difficult to master in the beginning and this is about the same...Once you get the hang of the action keys it's great graphics and adventure keeps you going for higher and higher levels.. It is good clean fun and many steps to keep little hands eyes, and brain cells in check..

very good game all around

  • Summary: Some of the challenges make this a 8 and over type game, but it has very good graphics for a kid's game (especially if you have a video card). My 2 boys 8 & 11 loved it, and almost finished it. Apparently there is one part at the end which is pretty tough.

Needs better user interface and instruction manual

alberichddwarf, Ebay
11 February 2008
  • Summary: I bought this for my grandson who will be 5 soon and, WITH adult help, he can play it. It took a while to figure out how to pass the first "intelligence test" and climb the net (a three-keystroke combination not documented in the accompanying instructional booklet). The graphics are enjoyable, but the user interface needs work and the game sorely needs an age-range rating.

  • Summary: Fun and addicting this game rocks. It's fun to make your own theme park and rides. It is a little hard though. You can make food stands, Roller coasters, and kiddie rides. It's fun for the whole family.
  • Pros: Fun addicting.
  • Cons: N/A

Hasbro Interactive Roller Coaster Tycoon PC

benwalker88, PriceGrabber
26 June 2002
  • Summary: This is an addictive game. It is very educational yet it doesn't feel like it. It teaches you a lot about physics. There is really no weakness to this game. Not being able to ride your own rides take about .004 points off of this games score if I were to rate this on a scale from 1-100. That would make it a 99.996 which is almost perfect! Its so much fun and so addictive.
  • Pros: Fun and educational. Teaches you science when you don't even realize it. You learn how to make a successful roller coaster and how to run a large business such as an Amusement Park. Addictive!
  • Cons: You can't ride your own rides.

AWESOME - for both kids and adults!

NIS, Amazon
28 February 2001
  • Summary: When I first saw this game, I was looking for something for my 8-year-old daughter. However, my love of amusement parks really drew me (age 43) to purchase this game. Whereas my daughter really enjoys playing, make no mistake - this is a well thought out game and appeals to the brightest minds.
