Summary: Wow! What was the last seriously challenging game that also had you laughing? If you were lucky enough to play Plants Vs Zombies you will be familiar with a good belly laugh in the midst of a major challenge. For anyone that has stayed within adventure/HO genre though you may still be scratching your head thinking of even one. Welcome to Robinson Crusoe and the Cursed Pirates!
Summary: I didn't have high expectations for this game, so wow was I blown away! This is a great game. Really well done graphics, music, fantastic art, with just all kinds of variety and a wonderful off-the-wall sense of humor! The cross-dressing pirate was a hoot! I love my mini-games and puzzles in a hog and imho I'm pretty good at them--so when I had to skip, yes skip!!! two mini-games I was not a happy pirate...
Summary: What a pleasant surprise ! Although the game is very far away from the book, it doesn't matter cos it is pure fun ! I couldn't wait to see how the monkey will transform after each curse item. There are a lot of funny and quircky details in beautifully drawn scenes. Each location offers a different challenge with some nice mini-games (my turtle in the race could only achieve a mean breakdancing!) and adequate object searching. The game is quite long and not repetitive.
Summary: This is an excellently made game. The graphics are beautiful. The interactive HOGs are very interesting and there are a lot of unique mini games. The game is a nice length. The developers outdid themselves with this sequel. Great game.
Summary: Finally a HOG with excellent artwork, pleasant music and the option of timed or un-timed mode. I prefer the timed mode [challenge]. I would also say that the in-game puzzles are also very well done. Seriously, the attention to detail in this game is superb. This is a buy for me and I applaud the developers.
