Summary: The item arrived sooner than expected which was great since I wanted to play the game pretty badly after trying the trial. The only downside is that my laptop processor is unable to process the original game Rise of Nations, the graphics become choppy and distorted after a game is started. Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots runs perfectly fine though, which makes me wish they could find a way to fix the problem with the first game.
Love the game but can't get this copy to work right

Summary: I have tried loading this on all 3 of my computers and it runs on 0 of them. Well, no, it runs on one but won't work online. After several hours of troubleshooting I'm thinking the firewall is blocking it or something. I can't figure out how to make it work. I bought 2 copies because I wanted to be able to play with each other like we used to. We used to play the game all the time.
Summary: OK...so the game is great, but when I purchased it, there wasn't anything on there to tell me that the Internet multi-player had been disabled. Even if I had to set up my own server and let others connect into it, I would be happy to do that...but it's just not possible with this version. I think that Steam has a version where it's been retrofitted to their multi-player infrastructure and works, but it requires you buy the game directly from them.
but I think its great. Has a Rise of Nations feel to it

Summary: I don't know how this game snuck under the radar and how nobody seems to know about it, but I think its great. Has a Rise of Nations feel to it, But also combined with StarCraft in a way. Only 2 main resources unlike Rise of Nations, but pretty cool economic upgrades and gameplay.
