Summary: I played this game originally on the Playstation 2, it was the second game I owned after Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. Since then, I have fallen in love with Double Fine. Tim Schaefer is my development idol, and I would highly suggest any game made by the company to anyone looking for an interesting platformer that can boggle your mind, make you think, and provide an enjoyable experience.
Summary: Psychonauts is possibly the best game ever made. It's weird and quirky, challenging and fun. A strange mix between a platformer and adventure game, with a little bit of dungeon crawl for kicks. Has great replay value. Wish they'd make another one. Really, really wish they'd make another...
Summary: Glad I was able to pick this up for a cheap price. Only issue was that the game would occasionally exit, and once I even lost my save progress and had to start over, but I was able to play through these problems.
Summary: This is truly an inventive game (especially the storyline and design details), but be sure what you're getting into before you buy it. I love small developers like Double Fine, but Psychonauts is what I guess is called an action/adventure platform game that was clearly developed for console. It's the kind of game that requires a sequence of accurately timed and performed control moves, and a lot of patience.
Summary: ...is the title I'd give to a full length review. All I'm going to say, is just go out and if you have like, 5 dollars, get this game. It's worth a few hours of your time. Amazon just gives you the steam key too.
